You can always place an order by telephone during the hours of 8am-5pm (CST) by calling (520) 207-7542.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. We will send you an email message confirming your order within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please contact Pam Clement at (520) 207-7542 or by email at pclement@shamrockcompanies.net. We will provide you with the anticipated delivery date, tracking numbers and carrier information.

When will my order ship?

Product is stocked in our Chicago distribution center. All orders for product in stock will ship within 24 hours. Please note if you choose the free HQ Pick-up delivery option, orders will be grouped and delivered together to Hill HQ every 5 to 7 days.

How do you handle backorders?

We will notify you of all backorders and anticipated in-stock dates via email. If product is backordered, we can retain the backorder, substitute product, or cancel the backorder. We will retain the backorder and ship the product when it comes in unless otherwise notified.

How do I return an item?
