We offer two types of shipping: standard and rush delivery.
Most purchases are shipped from our Chicago warehouse and scheduled to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order.
Rush DeliveryInternational Shipments
For an extra charge, we can arrange rush delivery. Next day, second day and 3-day select options are available to you. Rush orders placed by noon are guaranteed to ship the same day. Expedited freight charges will be displayed as you place your order.
We utilize UPS Worldwide® to ship International Shipments. International shipments will ship within 1-2 business days.
Shamrock Companies and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.

If an item you order is currently unavailable, we will notify you of the backorder and anticipated in-stock date. Depending upon your needs, we can retain the order and ship the product when it comes in, substitute another product, or cancel the item.
We are proud of the company store collection or merchandise and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt.
We apply a 15% restocking fee to all items that are returned in sellable condition. If a returned item is deemed defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
