You can always place an order by telephone during the hours of 8am-4:30pm (CST) by calling (241) 553-1108.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. We will send you an email message confirming your order within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

When will my order ship?
All orders for stock product will ship within 24 hours.

Do you ship to international locations?
Yes. We use UPS Worldwide for international shipments.

How do you handle backorders?
Real time inventory is displayed on the order page. If you are placing an order for a quantity higher than what is available, you will see a pop up that tells you that we will ship the quantity available and create a backorder until the product is received in stock. If you can’t wait for backordered stock or have a special delivery situation, please contact Customer Service at (241) 553-1108 or by email at pclement@shamrockcompanies.net to discuss options.

How do I return an item?
